*AD – This post is in collaboration with Learning Resources

Easter is fast approaching – one of my absolute favourite times of the year. One of my highlights is usually our annual family Easter egg hunt where each year, for one day and one day only, I transform into the Easter bunny; sneaking around my large back garden hiding different coloured plastic eggs, colour coded for each of my 2 daughters, my niece and my nephew.  Whilst the preparation seems to take forever, and the actual event is over incredibly quickly in a whirlwind of excited children with bursting full bunny baskets; it’s worth every second to see the big smiles on their faces.

Whilst we would normally head to our favourite National Trust location for their hunts or have my sister, nieces and nephews round for an epic hunt in the garden; that’s unfortunately off the table again in 2021! *sob*

Fear not parents – we wont let something like staying apart ruin all the fun! Learning Resources, the home hands on, educational and learning games for kids have us covered! For the second year on the trot they are taking their Easter egg hunt online, and would love you to get involved!

Over the last 12 months more than ever, Learning Resources have been a huge help to many parents across the UK trying to juggle work and home schooling and support children’s learning at home with fun yet educational activities. Learning Resources have a huge home Learning section on there site packed full of educational toys and games, blogs and downloadable resources, all developed to support home learning through hands-on play. This Easter, their blog is packed full of easy to create yet super creative Easter crafts too, and I know for sure that the girls will love creating some of the Spring Chick Prints and Easter Bunny Pot Plants!

This Easter, the Learning Resources Digital Easter egg hunt will take place on Monday 29th March 2021 and this very page will become one of 12 different clues that will lead you one step closer to winning a fantastic prize!

Heres what you need to know!

The Learning Resources Digital Easter egg hunt

On Monday 29th March 2021, for one day only, head to the Learning Resources social media pages (Facebook, or Instagram), where their Digital Easter egg hunt will kick off at 9.30am!

You and your children can attempt to solve the Easter egg hunt code word by collecting clues, before unscrambling the word and entering for the chance to win a HUGE Learning Resources prize bundle as pictured below!

12 different clues have been placed across various different blogger sites (including my own on this very page!) in a special egg widget. Click the egg three times until it cracks and reveals the hidden letter below.

Every 30 minutes between 9.30am and 3.00pm, another bloggers site will be released on the Learning Resources social channels, where you can head off to locate that letter and get one step closer to cracking the code word! When the last letter is revealed, you will be directed to the online entry form for your chance to enter to win the bundle of alternative Easter Gifts. The letters will be jumbled up like an anagram, so you will need to use your detective skills to find the word and enter it on the learning resources site!

Enter it correctly and you will be given a special 30% off discount code to spend on Learning Resources products and if you sign up to their (really useful!) newsletter too, you’ll be entered into the draw!

The winner of the prize bundle will be revealed on Tuesday 30th March 2021

One LUCKY winner will get their hands on ALL of the following – which is a sure fire way to keep the kids entertained all Summer!

1x Coding Critters Bopper, Hip and Hop the bunnies
1x Coding Critters Pair-A-Pets Adventures with Fluffy and Buffy the bunnies
1x Hoppy Floppy’s Happy Hunt Game
1x Playfoam Putty 4-Pack
1x Playfoam Pals Unicorn Magic 2-Pack

Whilst you won’t need a basket, dressing up is completely optional and you won’t find a chocolatey face in sight, the Learning Resources digital Easter egg hunt is a fun way to carry out the traditional virtually and is great for the kids to be involved in too! You can even claim their website navigation and code cracking as their STEM homework for the week.- winner winner!
