It’s fair to say that kids LOVE opening up their stockings on Christmas morning, but for us parents, finding new and suitable stocking fillers under £10 each year can prove to be a real challenge.
This year, with budgets restricted more than ever thanks to the ever-increasing cost of living, we are changing how we buy stocking stuffers and going for the concept of less is more – choosing presents that they’ll really enjoy rather than cheap plastic rubbish that will end up lost or discarded within a matter of days.
The plan is to buy a few stocking fillers each costing under £10 and supplement with individually wrapped chocolates and sweet treats – the latter of which will fulfil the need for the surprise reveal!
