Celebrating Star Wars Day
Like many other Star Wars fans across the galaxy, we recently celebrated Star Wars Day (May the 4th be with you!). Until a couple of years ago, I am ashamed to admit that I had never seen ANY of the Star Wars movies, but with the viral video of the Wookie Mask bringing the franchise to my daughter’s attention, we recently watched all of them together as a family. Erin loves Yoda and Chewbacca, and has pretty much mastered her own Wookie impression (an impressive talent even if I do say so myself!).
This Star Wars Day, we were lucky enough to be sent a selection of Star Wars merchandise from Hallmark to help us celebrate. Hallmark have literally EVERYTHING for Star Wars fans young and old, whether they be a Princess Leia or an Obi Wan. Sold throughout the year, the Hallmark Star Wars range is perfect for making a Star Wars fan’s birthday just that little bit special!
For younger fans, children will fall in love with the Star Wars Itty Bittys range, featuring 13 of the iconic Star Wars characters such as Princess Leia, Obi Wan, Hans Solo, C-3PO, Darth Vadar, the Storm Trooper, BB-8 and Yoda. These collectable mini plush characters retail at £5.99 each.
Erin loved C-3PO and his gold shiny outfit, where as I loved the StormTrooper (having been known to attend a fancy dress party dressed as one in the past!). The attention to detail on the outfits is fab, and children will love trying to collect them all.
For older fans, we LOVE the Darth Vadar Wine Bottle sleeve, adding a bit of comedy to the dining table, and the shelfie card – a 3D birthday card of C-3PO that ‘sits’ on your shelf or mantelpiece.
There are also birthday cards to suit every personality, as well as a range of gift bags and tags.
A big thank you to Hallmark for helping us celebrate Star Wars Day in style – you can check out the full range of Star Wars Product from Hallmark here.
*Disclosure – we were sent some product samples in exchange for this post*
These are adorable, will have to go shopping as I know my eldest will love them.
Oh they are too cute! Moose would absolutely love them.
