Eat a Healthy Diet During Recovery
After an injury, when you cannot work out as much or at all, depending on the severity of the injury, you must eat nutritiously to make up for lost time. In addition, the increased rate of metabolism caused by less exercise means that more nutrients must be consumed to keep muscles strong and bones dense.

Take Care Of Yourself
When people become injured, they often forget about themselves. This is entirely understandable as focusing on pain for an extended time can be extremely difficult; however, it is vital to stay healthy if possible during this process.
