Pulse Light Cool Sculpting

I’ve never been totally comfortable with my post baby body. I could pretend that before my children I had a washboard tummy and felt completely confident, but I guess that would be a lie. The truth is, I have always had a bit of a wobbly midriff, and now, two children later, my body has changed in a way that I don’t feel entirely comfortable with. I have what can only be described as a bit of a spare tyre, a muffin top, a large bulge of excess tummy that is not particularly flattering.

I try and manage my body with diet and exercise, but I have struggled to get my figure back, my tummy fat seems to be stubborn and impossible to budge, no matter how hard I try. There are obviously procedures you can have that reduce tummy fat, but they are normally of a surgical nature, and I have never been brave enough to consider them for that reason!

I recently learnt about a new non surgical way of managing body fat called CoolSculpting, which works by freezing unwanted fat away with no needles, no surgery and no damage to the surrounding skin. It sounded a little too good to be true, but the more I have read the more clever this procedure sounds.

The CoolSculpting procedure is administered at Bank clinic in London. A CoolSculpting pack is placed over the area of fat to be treated and left for one hour, and unlike many other procedures of this nature, you are free to do whatever you like whilst it sets to work, whether that be reading a book, check your emails, writing a blog post or even nap (I’ll give you one guess which one I would pick!!)

While you relax the fat is being frozen, causing the fat cells to die. The body’s natural processes then flush out these dead cells, removing them from the area and eventually the entire body.

CoolSculpting is suitable for many areas of the body (not just the tummy area) and has been administered in many places including:

  • Under the chin
  • Bra fat
  • Back fat
  • Abdomen
  • Flank
  • Underneath the buttocks
  • Inner & outer thigh

You can see CoolSculpting in action and learn more about the process in this video below:

I have to admit that whilst the cost isn’t low, the results are pretty impressive! To enquire about CoolSculpting at Pulse Light Bank Clinic in London call 0207 523 5158 for more information.
