Signs that you Are Not as Healthy as you Think you Are

If you feel as though you are nice and healthy then you may feel great about yourself. You may think that you have everything going good for you and that things are on the right track. You Snore
If you snore loudly, then you may feel as though this is embarrassing. You may even think that it is annoying to most people you know. That being said, you have to remember that snoring is also a big sign that you are not as healthy as you think that you might be. If you want to do something about this, then you need to know that snoring is linked to conditions such as sleep apnoea, heart disease, excess weight and even GERD. Talking to your doctor is the best way for you to do something about this. If you are struggling with your weight, then it is wise for you to try and explore the idea of a gastric balloon.
You don’t have Clear Skin
Breakouts are a big indicator that you might not be as healthy as you hope. There’s never one cause for acne, but face mapping is a fantastic way for you to find out which areas you need to be focusing on. It is also a great way for you to improve your health. Face mapping helps you to find out which area you get the most acne in. If you have a lot of acne on your forehead then you may find that poor hygiene, sleep or even your diet is to blame. If you have more acne on your chin then you may find that your stomach is to blame, so it would be worth exploring digestive issues.
Your Eyes aren’t White
The whites of your eyes, should be white. If you have yellowish eyes or if you have a tinge then this is a sign that you have an issue with your gallbladder, your pancreas or even your liver You may also find that you are in poor health. Sleeping more and putting less strain on your eyes should help you to solve the issue if this is the root cause.
Your Toenails aren’t Healthy
The shape, the colour or the texture of your nails can easily indicate if you are healthy or not. Have you ever thought about this? probably not. Smoking or even nail polish can cause your nails to yellow. The yellow colour can also be a sign that you do not have good enough circulation or even that you have some level of fluid build-up in your body. If you have some indentations in your nails then this is another sign that your nails are not healthy enough and that you have to do something about this sooner rather than later. If you don’t then you may find that you end up putting yourself at more risk and this is the last thing that you need.
