Does Italy really need an introduction? No, but I suppose this blog does! Italy is somewhere that you will need to put on your bucket list to visit at least once in life, because every single Traveller will get something out of the trip here. Whether you’re heading to Milan, Florence, or even the city of Rome, you need to put it on your bucket list. It’s very difficult to find somewhere similar around the world, and the land here as well as the beaches will fascinate and help you to broaden your perspective in ways you would never have imagined.

• The bright lights of the cities. Italy is home to some of the best cities in the world. Venice, Florence, Rome, Milan – all these we’ve already mentioned – are dominated by history and are soaked up by cathedrals and museums and galleries galore. The winding streets are dotted with beautiful cobblestones and Mediterranean houses that you really cannot miss. It’s a coastal vibe no matter where you go.
• The art. We don’t just mean the galleries in Rome or in Venice, or even the Sistine chapel in Vatican, we are talking about the art that you see in the architecture, the historical buildings, the street art that is dominating half the country. There are so many galleries that you should visit across Italy, but you will step off the plane and see how artistic it is as a country.
• Getting into the countryside. Italy has some of the most dramatic landscapes you will ever find across Europe. When you pay the snow capped peaks of the Alps with the beautifully scented orange groves of Sicily, you can’t help but notice the contrasting beauty. The beaches? Forget about it – there are so many things here that you’ll be able to go just for a walk along the seafront. The Emerald Waters lapping the coast? Bring your camera.
• The food. We’re not even going to expand on this – if you’ve never had pizza or pasta authentically in Italy, but your ticket and get on that plane!
• Some of the best beaches in the world live right here. The Italian coast is actually boarded by five different seats. And almost all of the Italian regions – 20 of them – have access to the ocean. The beaches do differ from one place to the next, but you won’t be disappointed.
• The fashion. We could’ve mentioned it to me without talking about the shopping, could we? Everywhere you go here there is beautiful designer clothing, luxury furniture, and a sense of opulence wherever you shop. It doesn’t matter whether you are shopping in the fresh market so you are heading to a designer store – you will fall in love with the fashion here.
