Here at RMR, we are looking forward to the annual event that is The Baby Show Birmingham, having been every year since Erin was born. This year is even more exciting than usual for two reasons – a) because we are expecting our second child in September, and b) because two of my close friends are exhibiting, and I cannot wait to go along and support them!

For those of you who haven’t been to the Baby Show before, what can you expect?

Well it really is everything you need for a new arrival – all under one roof! See live product demonstrations, speak to product experts, browse and compare products, listen to guest speakers on the live stage, save a fortune with exclusive show discounts, enter competitions, hear about the latest product releases and come away with a large bag of bargains! 🙂

As if that’s not enough, the show has a Creche, a baby changing area (with nappies and wipes supplied free of charge!) and a Tommee Tippee Baby Feeding Area, with perfect prep machines, microwaves and complimentary baby food.

If like me, your pregnant and worried you wont be able to carry all your stuff – fear not – the drop off and collect later points allow you to collect your purchases at the end of the day, so you don’t pull a muscle/induce early labour by the shear weight of your purchases! 🙂

For me the best part about the show is being exposed to new suppliers who I may not have heard of before, and getting the chance to see products in action live in front of you, helping you make informed purchase decisions.

So who should you look out for this year? – Well, I may be slightly biased on this one, but my two friends and definitely worth having a chat to!
