The Ultimate New Year New You Guide & Giveaway!
Have you set resolutions or goals for 2018? If you have, you won’t be alone! Research has shown that around half of us set resolutions at the start of a new year, but unfortunately, only a third of them make it past the end of the first month. By now, the middle of January, many of us are struggling to keep them up, waning in our enthusiasm, or at the very least, starting to flex the rules ever so slightly as the day to day reality of our goals starts to hit home!
Here at Real Mum Reviews, we have the perfect guide and giveaway to help – a HUGE competition where one lucky winner will win a bundle of New Year New You items worth over £300 – the perfect tool to keep you on track with your resolutions and ensure that 2018 is your happiest and healthiest year yet!
Whatever your resolution, whether it be to eat more healthily, get more sleep, do more exercise or simply take more time to relax and unwind, we have something for everyone, and one lucky winner will win every single item!
Check out what you can win below!
Resolution 1: Get More Exercise
Whatever form your exercise takes this year, it’s recommended that you don’t take yourself too seriously. This “After This We’re Getting Pizza” water bottle (worth £16.99) from Prezzybox is sure to raise some laughs at the gym or for your runs round the local park! This humorous water bottle holds 24 ounces of water and is the perfect way to stay hydrated as you burn off all those Quality Street. Following it’s advice when I get home is one thing I am definitely able to stick to!! 😉

Wearing a great outfit to the gym can be a fantastic motivator, and makes getting yourself out there just that little bit more fun. These fab vest tops from TruffleShuffle are perfect for the gym, and just the motivation to get your workout back on track whether it be running, a session at the gym, or a more holistic yoga or body balance class! Make like Mr Strong and Wake Up, Work Out, (worth £14.99) or reveal your inner Wonder Woman. (worth £9.99)

Resolution 2: Eat More Healthily
If your resolution was to eat more healthily, some of these fab gadgets can help your diet get back on track, giving you just the motivation you need to try something new, eat more fruit and veg, or reduce your calorie intake.

The SMART Master Bullet Blender from FindmeaGift.com (worth £59.99!) is the perfect way to get more of the good stuff into your diet, and will have your veg chopped/fruit juiced in 10 seconds or less, thanks to its Cyclonic Cutting Zone process. This cutting region circulates food with so much force and speed, that it makes blending a doddle! You can make humus, dips, pulp-free smoothies, soups, and even a cocktail or three (or brighten up those Virgin Cocktails if you’re doing Dry January!)

Air Fryers are a great way of cooking healthier meals without the fat. The Von Shef Digital Air Fryer (worth £57.99) will deliciously fry, roast and bake your favourite foods, cooking food faster using little or no oil – helping your consume less fat and calories! We have to allow ourselves the odd treat occasionally, but cook your chips in this, and you are helping yourself avoid unnecessary additional calories! 🙂 Domu have a range of healthy air fryers available to suit every lifestyle.
Resolution 3: Get More Sleep
The Lumie Bodyclock Active 250 (worth £99) is the refreshing way to wake up. It’s effective for healthy sleep (via light therapy and using a tailored wake up to ensure optimum waking times), sports training and energy at work.
Not only can the Lumie Bodyclock help you get a better nights sleep, but ensure that when you do wake up, you do so in a more natural and less disruptive fashion, leaving you feeling more refreshed and motivated for exercise or training, and making sleeping and waking easier in the days that follow.

Resolution 4: More ‘Me Time’
Making more time for me was high up on my personal list of resolutions for 2018. As a Mum of 2, it’s rare that I do any kind of self care, and this year that has to change.
This Health Club Day Pass for Two from Findmeagift.com (worth £19.99) provides the perfect opportunity to get some much needed me time – taking advantage of state of the art exercise facilities whilst enjoying some much-needed relaxation – perfect for couples or best friends who may both have the resolution of relaxing, de-stressing or pampering in 2018.
With 30 different locations across the UK, there are plenty of health clubs to choose from you can choose one convenient for you. The facilities vary between clubs, but generally include a steam room, Jacuzzi, sun beds, beauty salon and sauna. There is also usually a swimming pool, fully equipped gym and a studio which will allow visitors to enjoy their favourite form of exercise as well.

For those after a bit of self care time – This 100% pure De-stress and unwind wellbeing git set (worth £19.99) contains some herbal helpers to assist the nervous system in relaxing, and help to combat stress. The Chamomile tea is a gentle sedative and can be drank before bed to promote a good night sleep. It’s also relaxing to the digestion and adrenal glands so can be enjoyed throughout the day too. The essential oil blend is balancing, cleansing and uplifting and can be added to a hot bath, whilst the massage oil can be rubbed on neck, shoulders, lower back if you can find a willing volunteer! 🙂

I find bathtime (minus kids and plastic ducks!) the perfect way to relax and distress. The perfect accessory for your relaxing soak in the tub are these colour changing spa lights from Prezzybox (worth £7.99) which change from blue, red and green helping release stress and tension from a busy day. Attach them to the side of your bath, let them float on top of the water or position them around the room for a truly sensory experience.

To eat more healthily, it doing too bad although chocolate is a weakness!
Chocolate is mine too! X
To rid myself of the toxic people in my life – so far I haven’t really got very far, but there’s still time!!
Ah this is one of mine too! (See my life’s too short post?!!)
To make time to do the things that I enjoy, so far so good 🙂
Sounds like a plan!
i was going to have a chocolate free january but there was so much left in the house after christmas that it seemed a shame to waste lol, so now i’m hoping to go chocolate free in feb & march for not doing january
Ha ha yes there’s always so much temptation in the house!!
To get fitter. I started doing more exercise but have had to stop due to a bad cough.
There are so many germs going round at moment aren’t there!!
I don’t really do new years resolutions, but i’m still trying to have a healthy January L:)
Yes me too. Not doing very well at moment
To eat healthier and loose weight, started off badly but hopefully on track now!
There’s still time! 🙂 x
I want to improve my fitness this year and so far it is going well but I will move things up a gear when the weather warms up!
Yes it’s so hard when it’s snowing and raining outside!!!
my resolution was to keep more hydrated as part of a healthier new me – so far going well
Yes I need to drink more water too!
I am cutting right down on my sugar intake this year because it just isn’t good for me. It’s not easy but I am slowly adapting to the changes and still feeling positive about it.
I did sugar free Feb last year and found it really tough! Good luck!
This is ace as I am so into my Fitness, I am trying to tone up.
I need to lose a lot of weight before I tone – you’ll love the vests! 🙂 x
to walk to work every day (70% success rate so far! :))
That’s pretty good going considering the weather!! Well done x
great comp
Good luck!
I haven’t made one this year, just going to carry on trying to keep as mobile as possible. Pesky MS doesn’t help with that. And I’m trying not to eat lots of unhealthy snacks, I am rather too fond of crisps and chocolate biscuits.
I’m fond of crisps and chocolate too! MS must make staying mobile very hard but well done for keeping it up x
Mine is to stop popping in Tesco for ‘milk’ and spending £20! Doing well so far!
Ha ha so guilty of this!!!
Fingers crossed – I need to start thinking about my health a bit more now I’ve made it through the cold and dark of January!
I’ve not quite made it through yet currently housebound with a puking toddler – joys!!
to eat healthier and get fitter, not started yet has I have had the Flu, when I am better I will then start
Oh no! Hope you’re feeling better soon!!!
I haven’t made any new year resolutions this year
So you’re doing fab then
To make the absolute most of this year.
Sounds like a good plan!
To try & get out of the house more after being housebound with C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, social phobia, agorophobia & CFS & to get healthier & fitter. So far i’m failing miserably & probably doing worse than before the New Year.
Oh bless you Abigail that must be so hard. Do you have someone helping you?
to get fitter and to stop worrying about the silly little things
It can be easier said than done but sounds like a great resolution!
I am trying to do affirmations and visualisations each day of things I dream about but could never afford like a nice home and a luxury holiday. I doubt it will work but it lifts my spirits for a little while.
Happy New Year to you and I hope that some of your wishes come true this year.
It’s meant to work so why not give it a try! Z
My new Years Resolution for 2018 was to say NO more, stop giving in so easily to people when they ask for help etc, sounds selfish but I have to think about me more, and so far I’m doing well, Ive said no to overtime at work and no to putting out the bins when its not my turn, lol its the little things that count! I wont be walked over!
Doesn’t sound selfish at all! Sometimes it’s hard to put yourself first! Good luck! X
Walking a bit more
My resolution is to lose and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. It’s still early days, I’ve had some blips but I’m marching on!
Good for you. Sounds similar to mine!
My New Years Resolution is to eat healthier, have smaller portions and exercise more to loose wight and improve my health. So far I have lost 8pounds and hope to keep moving in the right direction
8 pounds is fantastic well done x
my new years resolution is to eat more and gain weight i also want to eat more healthily and give up smoking, the juicer looks great by the way love the photos!
Good luck with the smoking – can be tough but so worth it! The nhs reward chart thing is meant to be very good – shows you how much you’ve saved on a little map. My sister used it a few years back and she has completely quit now x
I have been trying to get more relaxation time, when I am not thinking about three things at once or checking social media! so far I am quite pleased that I am making some headway and feeling better for it 🙂
I need to do this too!
I’m aiming to be more organised the night before school runs/going to work – so far I’m doing ok although there have been a few mornings where I’ve had to make the pack lunch!
It’s a madhouse in the mornings here!!
I haven’t made any resolutions so I’m doing great hehe
Ha ha!!
2017 was a tough year for my family. I decided to try and stress less in 2018. But, I am also getting lots of work done on the house, and stressing lots. So far, I think that I have failed
Ah hopefully when the work stops you will feel a little calmer. House stuff is always stressful!
I don’t make any – far less stressful so I guess it’s going really well.
Ha ha good plan!
getting fitter. used my treadmill almost every day, so doing well
Well done!
This year I am going to make sure I make the most of every day, visiting new places, catching up with friends or just relaxing. Time flies by so quickly can not to waste it.
Absolutely! Good resolution!
Mine was to drink more water, I’ve definetly kept it up! I feel so much better for it.
I need to do this!!!
Fab bundle of prizes I’d love to win
Good luck
To be more positive and so far so good 🙂
Well done! X
I have a resolution to lose the stone I put on over xmas, ate so much shortbread and chocs and roast taters I need to shrink again!
Ha ha same!!!
To make a big dent in decorating & furnishing our flat. Yes, doing okay, new bed being delivered Saturday!
Yay exciting times!
My new years resolution is to travel more. So far I have booked 2 trips for this year! I am happy with that but I look forward to the summer when I can travel more around the UK.
Lovely! Enjoy!
To be healthier in everyday life e.g. not relying on the car so much for short journeys. It’s going okay so far but it’s much harder to stick to in this cold/wet weather, hopefully it’ll get easier as the summer approaches.
It’s definitely harder when the weather is rubbish! Good luck x
To learn or take up something new. I’m volunteering for my local Parks Trust and as part of that I will get some training in wildlife and conservation – so all going to plan so far.
Ah that’s great well done x
One of my new year’s resolutions was to start tap dancing classes and so far, I’, really enjoying it.
Sounds so much fun!
I set myself a few little goals to be more organised and fitter and its coming along slowly but fine so far!
Well done!
to start a new hobby but I haven’t decided which one to try yet!
Knowing where to start is the hard bit
Mine was to get back into a regular exercise routine – so far, I’m doing good with it 🙂
Excellent well done!
To do more walking, not doing that well but will keep going…!
You’ll get there just keep trying!
To get more sleep, not to stay up too late – It’s better, still need to stop fetting distracted lol
I go to bed early then sit aimlessly wasting time on fb!!! ♀️
To run a marathon and to be generally healthier
Wow that’s quite the challenge well done!
My new year resolution is to sort my sleep out. I’ve had insomnia for quite a few years now and I’m tired of being tired.
I decided to follow a plan, going to bed and waking up at exactly the same time every day and so far although not perfect I am already feeling the difference in my sleep patterns and I’m also starting to feel better for it.
Oh bless you that must be hard. The Lumie would definitely help with that!!!
i wanted to spend more quality time with my family so far we haven’t!
Sometimes it’s easier said than done Hun xxx
My resolution is to love myself more. Starts with taking care of my health in all ways.
Sounds like a good plan 🙂 x
Mine is to stop procrastinating so much, especially when it comes to reading emails! I could do better, but I have been through this weekend and dealt with almost everything I have been procrastinating about so that’s progress, and I shall try and do better from now on!
That’s a good one!
Mine was to try be more organised I did pretty well but last week startied running late still I’m doing ok with losing a bit of weight
I need to be more organised too!
mine is to get more organised then the kids got ill and it went out the window gunna try again 1st of feb not giving up just taking a pause x
Ah it’s so hard when you have the winter germs we’ve had them too! X
To continue losing weight – so far so good, already managed to lose the Christmas weight gain :o)
That’s fantastic. I weighed myself for first time this year today and I’ve lost one measly pound!!!! Urgh! X
Mine is to get more sleep as im up till late and being tired in the morning for the school run. I was doing well but Im not doing that well now as my kids have been ill so ive been up at all hours. Hoping to continue when they are better
Oh no we’ve had winter bugs too! Hope you get some sleep soon x
dieting isn’t going well
Mine either
I want to write for at least one hour each day. I am trying to write everyday but still not managing it for a whole hour. I will keep trying though!
What do you write Hun?
Make sure I eat healthily and at the right times, going well!
Well done! Keep it up! 🙂
I have my driving test next no tes5 this week and really scared of putting on weight when I start driving ! I’m determined to continue to walk where ever possible !
Ah you won’t Hun good luck with test!
Yo walk more to save petrol money
Great idea! X
To eat healthy and exercise.
I’m doing well some days, but others not so well lol. It’s hard to keep up.
To get more organised, Not too badly
Well done!
To lose weight, try and get over my anxiety and exercise more. It’s not going great so far as I have lost my mojo a bit.
It’s hard when it’s cold and dark! Bring on spring!
My New Years resolution was to slowly regain my fitness after the birth of my baby (born Dec 28th) so far I am on track with healthy eating and doing lots of walking!
Well done you and congrats on your new arrival! X
To lose a pound a week (well it lasted a couple of weeks)!
I’ve lost 1lb in 3 weeks
Well i have not done too well, I have decided to move more and eat the same lol
That’s what I’ve done so far. Still need to eat less
I was going to try cycle everyday but I’ve been ill with flu for 2 weeks.
Oh no! There’s so much of it going around!!
I have started running every day again and so far so good and am loving it and feel really good
I’m doing couch to 5k at the moment and have to say I am really enjoying it x
My resolution was to walk my dog more, it’s not going well so far as I’ve been ill with the flu, however, once I’m feeling fitter this will definitely be my plan
Oh no! So much of it around! Hope you feel better soon xxx
My resolution is to adjust what foods I eat as 2017 was a bad year food wise and I am trying to cut down on junk and especially sugar
Yes me too!! I did sugar free Feb last year but it was tough!
My New Year Resolution is to be on time. I’m always rushing about and arriving everywhere late so I’m trying to change. I am getting to places earlier. Fingers crossed I can keep this up for the rest of the year.
I hate being late!
I am just trying to do more fun things in my life this year to try and be happier and healthier. It’s been a slow start but I’m busy thinking of new things to do.
Improve my health, wellbeing and energy levels. I’m not doing great as struggle to have an appetite through the day then binge at night when I do get hungry.
I’m trying to be more active and hopefully make some friends in the process – so far I have started going to parkrun and korfball, so have succeeded on the active side, but still need to work on making some sporting friends!
I love parkrun! Great community feel!
I’ve started meal planning to cut down on waste and save money
Such a good idea! I need to do this!!
Everyday I have been walking the kids to school and then walking 2.2 miles to work, so currently, the car is only being used at the weekends!.
I wanted to become fitter – rather than.go on a diet – because I’m so easily tempted by cake! X
That’s amazing! Well done!
Mine was to finally give up smoki ng…… I’m failing miserably 🙁
Ah it’s so tough. Are you using the app?
To loose weight. Was going ok till I got a cold …. and I am craving junk food 🙁
I know the feeling Hun!
I have resolved to visit elderly people who live alone in my village and who could do with some company now and again. I am doing OK so far and enjoying it too.
Ah that’s a lovely idea z
Mine was to have more fun, and to be honest have I haven’t really done anything much, but I’m determined that from next month I’m going to stop taking life so seriously.
Good plan!
To walk more, use the bus less
I’m trying to move more too!
mine is to spend less and save more. i doing ok!
I need to do this too!!
Mine is to eat less and move more. Going ok so far, but thing the move more part will improve as the weather gets warmer!
Yes! It’s hard in the dreary weather!
My new years resolution is to drink more water. So far so good. My skin is more hydrated and I feel like I have more energy.
That’s fab! I need to do that too!
My resolution has been to go for a daily walk and so far so good
Well done!
To walk at least 8000 steps a day. So far I’ve been very variable – from 1200 on a bad day to 28000 on a good one – but I think the average is OK
That’s still good!! We all have bad days but the average is good!
Mine is to start running again and complete a half marathon in aid of my local foodbank. A big aim as I suffer from anxiety and agoraphobia. Fingers crossed
Ah bless you. I’m doing couch to 5k at moment!
My New Years resolution is to take better care of myself. I’ve gotten new glasses, had a health check, had my smear, lost half a stone etc. I happen to keep this one up xx
Good for you!
Mine is to make the most of every day.. so far so good
Excellent resolution!!!
I decided to cut the sweetener from my tea and after gradually weaning myself off it I’ve done it! Very pleased with myself and certain I’ll be able to continue.
Well done!!
Mine is to run 1000 miles this year, I’m doing ok at the moment
Ooh love that idea x
My New Years Resolution was to be more adventurous in the kitchen and it is the ONLY resolution i have ever stuck too! I have been making all of my sauces from scratch.
Well done!
Mine is to lose two stone for my hollibobs so joined my local weight watchers and already lost half a stone
Well done that’s fab!
To eat healthier (which I am doing fairly well on. I cut out diet coke/pepsi max too), exercise more (still walking my dogs daily but sadly my older dog is very slow so not going as fast as I would like to). Working on my anxiety as much as I can.
Well done! Even cutting out the Diet Coke is a fab achievement!
….to do 2016’s new years resolutions 🙁
Ha ha!
No alcohol, doing good so far
Well done!
I get married this year so I’m trying to lose some weight…it’s going ok most of the time x
Ahh so exciting!
mine has been to stick with a weight loss group, it’s going well so far
Well done!!
To keep a Goal Planner with all my target fitness, health, slimming and beauty goals listed. So far so good, but there’s still a long way to go.
Sounds like a good way of doing it!
be more active. not ding so well so far
It will be easier when spring arrives!
To eat more healthily – ok, but biscuits and cakes are still my downfall
Same here!!
to lose weight… alas…not going so well
Me neither
Really want to lose weight as I hopefully have two daughter’s graduations this year and would like not to be the old fat lady in the photographs!
I’m sure you won’t! How exciting!
I am doing the couch to 5k!! Going pretty well but I hope the weather starts to break soon!! Chilly out there!!
Yes me too! Really enjoying it!
i am walking more with the dog now instead of half hpur a day up it to a hour and taking in some hills on the way
That’s fantastic well done!
To walk more and eat better and I’m doing mostly well
Well done!!
To take my dog on longer walks (benefiting us both). Have managed a few so far but it’s sooooo cold. Will def step up the pace when the weather starts to warm up!
Yes roll on spring!!
I’m working up to doing a 5K run. Scuppered slightly by a horrible cold last week but I’m on the mend and back out there now!
Good for you well done!
To mix up my exercise regime and increase my Fitbit challenges. So far so good
Well done!
I’ve started a new muscle building workout and hoping to gain a little
Weight. Going well
So far
Sounds good!
to take more family photos and print them out , doing ok so far . decided to print out at the end of the month so have to do it today .
Love this idea! I try and do that too! Set myself a 365 photo goal!
To practise daily yoga at home rather than go to a class once a week.
Save some money too!
Trying to be more positive and not let stress get to me. I think ‘trying’ is the key word there.. But at least I’m trying! I’m not giving up.
That’s not easy but definitely a good one!!
It was to give up wine for January but I managed 2 weeks!! Im so bad.
Ha ha 🙂
Healthy eating, going pretty well so far!
Well done!
My new years resolution is to embrace my post baby body in a few weeks! Not to work hard to get my previous body back but to enjoy my post baby body x
Absolutely! You’ve done something amazing! There’s no rush!
I’d like to find my abbs again ready for my holidays
Great giveaway to share with the wife thanks for the chance
Here’s to getting holiday ready!
I hope to stay out of hospital this year came out on the 11th have set up carers at home so good start
Oh bless you hope you are getting the support you need x
Mine was to declutter the house have made a start but I think its going to take a while.
Ha yes ours would take me all year
I have two to do more exercise and to stay away from processed meat, im not doing to bad on the exercise managing to do a work out 3 times a week. And i’ve not touched any processed meat yet.
Working out three times a week is great!
Mine is simply yo be more organised. between working weird shift patterns, school runs and clubs, i often forget important appointments
Guilty of this too!
My new Years Resolution is to do more, go on more adventures, try new things… but I haven’t done very well at all!! between the blizzards and being ill, i’m off to a poor start! ha ha.
Oh no! There’s plenty of time though!
After this we are getting pizza. What a great top. I really want a nutri bullet what better way to get healthy.
It’s a great top isn’t it!
I plan to expand on last year’s modest crop of green beans and tomatoes and hope to grow a lot more vegetables in my garden.
Ooh I love this!
i’d didn’t make a new year’s resolution anymore as i never stick to them, so i just promised myself to try and live, love & laugh at little more each day throughout the year
Sounds like a good plan!
To cut out sweets, crisps and biscuits and exercise more. So far so good 🙂
Well done!
To stress less about the things I cannot change and focus on the things I can change for the better and so far it’s working
Sounds good!
To take each day as it comes, to think positive and stay positive. It seems to be going quite well so far, despite the rather inhospitable British cold and rain! Every day is precious, and I intend to celebrate each and every one 🙂
Well done sounds perfect!
Practice yoga every! So far so good! 🙂
My New Year resolution is to eat a healthier diet, but I have a sweet tooth and I’m finding it hard. I love chocolate & choc biscuits!
Same here!!
To stop biting my nails, ok so far but i am wearing gels to make sure I do not get any temptation!
My mum was terrible for this! She even got used to the taste of that awful nail varnish!
to drink more water but I struggle to stick to it
That’s one of mine too!
My new years resolution is to lose weight. Its not going very well at the moment as Ive been trying to get rid of all the sweets left over from christmas! I am planning to start the diet on Monday
Best of luck!
Mine is to lose weight. I’ve lost 8lbs so far but struggling to motivate myself now!
That’s fantastic though!
I try not to make New Year’s resolutions as I always break them. I find it better to make healthy resolutions once the weather starts to get better.
To reverse the creeping weight gain of the last few years. I haven’t put on any more weight but haven’t yet burnt off all the Christmas excess
Me neither!!
My resolution was to get more organised, hoping that everything else would follow! I’m not too bad at the planning part, it’s the seeing it through which I struggle with! It’s a work in progress!!
Gotta start somewhere! X
My 2018 resolution is to use my bike a lot more, especially as an alternative to taking the car for short journeys. I’m doing well so far – but the weather isn’t making it much fun!
By the way – this is a terrible colour scheme. Grey test on a white / pink background makes it so hard to see what I’m typing here.
Thanks for the feedback!!!
Good luck everyone – would love to win
Good luck!
I’ve got too many goals for this year! But one of which is get more sleep and I’ve definitely failed that already! :/ haha
Ha same here!
I actually made two resolutions, to be more organised which is so far going well with the help of lots of folders, sticky notes and a family planner and to snack healthier. I work from home so the temptation to raid the cupboards is always there, fortunately I’ve discovered bite size sweet chilli brushetta and a humus dip stack which are the perfect partners.
Ha ha! I always find I graze when I’m at home too!
To be more healthy and happy, and its going great!!
Good to hear!
Mine is to be more organised and I’m just doing okay… I could do better!
Same here!
To be more organised in 2018 and I am off to a good start x
Good to hear!
Lot’s of rresolutions for me, get more sleep, drink less alcohol, drink more water and exercise more. I think I’ve improved slightly on all counts – but I could do better!
That’s a lot on your plate!!! Good luck!
My resolution is to eat healthier and its ok at the moment we have swapped pasta for wholemeal white rise for wild rice and celiac instead of potatoes little things but all make a difference
Little things do make a huge difference!
Better Diabetic Control,Doing fine so far.
It can be hard to stay on top of!
Mine is to spend more time with my family and friends. So far it is going ok x
This is a great one x
To make the most of every day I wake up fit and healthy. So far, so good. Got a lot done this month 🙂
Love this x
My resolution is to buy goods with less packaging where possible and always take reusable shopping bags out with me, fabulous prizes, fingers crossed would love to win, thanks ☘️
Yes I always forget the bags even now!?
my new years resolution was to be more organised to give me more free time to exercise, I’ve been more organised but still can’t find that motivation to go out into the cold.
Ha ha I know the feeling! Roll on spring x
Exercise more. But not doing very well with it
It’ll be easier when spring comes for sure!
To smile more, laugh more and be more tolerant…..ehas a knock on effect with other people so it’s been very rewarding to see the change and it’s the new me !!
Sounds fab!
To lose weight and stick to it – i’m 10lbs down now so i’m doing well 😀
That’s amazing Natalie!
Be more organised – on a small scale such as paperwork etc I’m managing ok but the house is chaotic and not managing so well
My house is a disorganised chaos too!
To drink more water and to keep loosing weight – I am doing pretty well at the moment so will hopefully keep it up xx
Well done!
I had planned to get more sleep this year, which has been going really well due to the flu!!!
Oh no! Hope you’re better soon!
I have so many goals for 2018 and I’m feeling positive about every single one!
Excellent well done!
To get outdoors more with my family. So far so good, we’ve recently taken out National Trust membership x
Ooh I love National Trust!
Mine was to start a healthy eating plan and so far so good! Ive lost 10lbs x x x
That’s amazing Jennifer well done!
Loosing weight to get my 2 stone award from slimming world I’m 4 pounds off! X
