Toys R Us have issued a recall notice for the Kids II Oball Rattle due to a potential choking hazard. It has been idenfied that small parts can be accidently released from the chamber, which could pose as a choking hazard for children under three years of age.
Recalled Product
The affected product is the Kids II, Inc. Oball Rattles 81031 sold to customers after January 1 2016, with one chamber containing all orange beads and the following ‘T’ date codes:
T3065, T0486, T1456, T2316 and T2856.
The date code is located on a small triangle on the inner surface of the product.
Remedy
Please return the product to your local store for a full refund – as this is a recall you will not require your receipt.
